When we started planning the opening of a restaurant in Zadar, our list of priorities was to evoke the tradition and uniqueness of this destination and transfuse it on a plate.

Our idea is to offer food full of rich flavours and awaken the gourmets among our guests.
The story of Primavera is just that, an awakening of taste, richness of fragrances, and tradition in one.

In Primavera, we tell the story of tradition and dishes as they were cooked by our grandmothers, but in our own way – contemporary and creative.
